Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Before shipment
You can request cancellation while an order is still being processed. Once a supplier has shipped it, use the return process after delivery.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting details. We review supplier and carrier records before approving a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside CheapPicker's control.
